    You should contact the distributor who sold you the baler. You can also contact our office in Plessisville and ask to speak with a customer service representative.

  • What type of bale ties should I buy?

    We recommend nylon twine for smaller balers and steel wire for larger baler models.

  • Do you sell used balers?

    Yes. We refurbish used balers and provide service, depending on the brand of the baler.
